Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the intersection of all things marketing and all things technology. The role assists in the implementation of capabilities such as search, data and analytics, social media, and digital advertising, among others, to support future business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Contribute to and work to execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Work to maintain and improve our social media presence.

  • Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and website optimisation.

  • Contribute to the success of our online service artefacts by guiding creation and optimization.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience across all digital platforms.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points.

  • Identify digital advertising needs.

  • Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Manage digital event logistics, from registration pages, email campaigns, platform execution and attendee engagement. 

  • Contribute to inbound and outbound marketing automation tactics through digital platforms.

  • Drive the company's presence on social media platforms, developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and retain.

  • Look for strategic opportunities to push the optimization of digital channels into more interesting and unconventional directions.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Brainstorm new and creative demand generation ideas.

  • Contribute to the elevation of our business profile.

  • Staying on top of competitors/industry trends to understand how to effectively use relevant and new digital technologies to advance the marketing capabilities of the company.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels

  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

  • Two (2) years’ experience in digital marketing or certifications in digital marketing

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Digital Ads
